The next step is to process the middle frame of doors and windows, or called mullion. In some Asian countries such as China and India, the middle frames of PVC doors and windows are welded. PVC window V notch cutting saw is required to cut a "V"-shaped gap in the horizontal frame. Cut a "∧" on the top of the mullion with a PVC window mullion cutting saw, and then weld it with UPVC windows doors welding machine;


In Europe and America, people use bare metal connections to connect mullion and horizontal frames. At this time, you need a machine called a plastic door and window end milling machine.


After putting the steel lining in the cavity of the plastic profile, it is welded into a window frame or window sash, and then the weld seam is cleaned with a corner cleaning machine.


Finally, cut the glass bead using a PVC window glass bead cutting saw.
