PRODUCT FEATURES
1. This is a UPVC double head cutting machine specially used for cutting plastic door and window profiles. It is specially used for 45-degree angles, which avoids angle errors caused by frequent swing angles, and the angle cutting is very precise.
2. Using a 500mm saw blade, the maximum cutting range is 380 mm, and can cut 3~4 door and window profiles at the same time; the saw blade feeds stably and has high precision.
3. In the vertical direction of each machine head, there are multiple compression cylinders. When cutting, the profile is evenly stressed to ensure the stability of cutting.
4. The space between the saw blade and the motor is separated, and the sawdust generated by cutting will not fall into the motor, wires, etc., so that the inside of the machine head is kept clean and the machine maintenance is easier.
