It can complete profile loading, feeding, automatic positioning, 45 to 90 degree cutting, milling and drilling (lock hole, handle hole, drain port, air pressure balance hole, installation hole, etc.)
· The appearance of machine adopts a simple and practical design language, which conforms to contemporary aesthetics. The structural design is very rigorous and reasonable. The machine is divided into a loading part, a processing part (cutting, milling holes) and a unloading part.

· The processing part of UPVC Window Door Machining Center is divided into cutting and milling. The two areas are processed simultaneously without interfering with each other. The profile can be positioned once to complete angle cutting, milling, drilling, and double-angle double-station alternating cutting, which increases efficiency by 80%.
· Double blades for cutting 45° angles, adopts Up cutting mode, with avoidance function, the saw blade moves horizontally before retracting to prevent the saw blade from rubbing against the end face of the profile.
· 90° angle cutting by horizontal blade.
· Well-known label printer hardware and system, the printed content can be edited independently, and can print barcodes or QR codes, profile information, process information, quantity, etc.
