MAIN FEATURES
• This Aluminium Door and Window Making Machine is mainly used for cutting of aluminum door window profiles, curtain wall profiles, PVC door window profiles and other industrial aluminum profiles.
• With imported carbide saw blades, 22.5degrees,45 degrees and 90 degrees can be freely converted.
• Feeding and cutting is from back to front, using the gas-liquid damping mechanism and the linear guide pair, the operation is more stable.
• Two direction cylinder clamping device for smoother sawing and positioning.
• Auto opening safe shield with rubber seal make the user safe.
• With middle profile supporter and movable carrier.
• The safety cover is automatically opened and closed, and the double-button operation is safer when sawing.
• CNC double mitre cutting saw adopts automatic control system from SIEMENS or Mitsubishi , including PLC, touch screen, servo motor,servo driver,etc.
• Right head can feed and cut automaticlly when cut 90 degrees angle.
