This aluminum window and door machine is suitable for milling keyholes, handle holes and hardware holes. It can also be used for PVC doors and windows. The shape and size of the hole can be customized for customers.

It is also called manual copy routing machine, compact body, reasonable structure, and the operation is very simple and easy. After turning on the power and air supply, push down the left handle to control the depth of milling, and then press the top button to lock it, so that the left handle will be fixed, freeing the operator's left hand. Then right hand can control right handle to mill holes and slots.

In order to improve and extend the life of the milling cutter, this machine has spray cooling device. In order to ensure that the milling process is always carried out in the state of spray cooling, the state of the spray and the pneumatic clamping are manually controlled by the same switch.

Note : Start the motor before putting the aluminum material, be sure to check the milling cutter, and make sure that the direction of rotation of the milling cutter is clockwise, consistent with the direction of the arrow. If the direction of rotation of the milling cutter is opposite, change any two live wires ' position, and turn on power to check again.
