MAIN FEATURES
1. Aluminum window end milling machine is used to cut or mill the cross section of the mullion in the door and window. Mill grooves on the end face and join with beams.
2. This is a general-purpose machine for aluminum windows and PVC windows, and the cutter need to be customized according to the mullion profile. Our quotation does not include cutter.
3. The cylinders in two directions compress the profile, which is firmer and has less error. The angle of the backing board can be adjusted, and it can be milled 30-180 degrees.
4. If you have many aluminium window mullion profiles, we recommend that you choose automatic end milling machine. It has four or five blades, and each blade is driven by a motor. The position of the blade can be adjusted arbitrarily, which is higher efficient.
