MAIN FEATURES

1. Double head UPVC welding machine also called two-head UPVC welding machine, is used to produce UPVC doors and windows. The annual output of a single shift can reach about 10,000-15,000 square meters.

2. The left welding head is fixed; the right head can move on a linear guide rail to weld windows of different sizes, and the welding angle can be adjusted between 30-180 degrees for welding arc windows.

3. The maximum welding length of the double head UPVC welding machine is 3500mm, which can be customized according to customer requirements. The welding height (PVC profile width) is 120mm.

4. The body adopts super rigid design, natural aging treatment, it will not deform after ten years of use, and it is very stable and durable.

5. All running actions are controlled by a programmable controller ( PLC), and the equipment runs stably; the welding time, cooling time, and pressure of the clamp can be adjusted by itself to adapt to different brands of PVC profiles.

6. The two machine heads can be operated independently, linked together, and can be welded and other shapes.

7. Knives can be installed for seamless welding to meet the processing of colored profiles, it is double head UPVC SEAMLESS welding machine.
