MAIN FEATURES

1. The aluminum CNC cutting center is used for automatic cutting of aluminum doors and windows at 45 degrees and 90 degrees, and it can cut about 2000 pieces in a single shift.

2. The whole machine is composed of feeding unit, cutting unit, and unloading unit. The three-track integration technology has high feeding accuracy and fast running speed, which can meet any cutting scene and has extremely high safety and efficiency.

3. The feeding manipulator automatically recognizes the specifications of aluminum materials to prevent cutting waste. The manipulator can rotate 0 degrees or 90 degrees to clamp the aluminum materials to meet various types of automatic feeding.

4. The feeding mechanism and the automatic discharging auxiliary mechanism adopt a multi-link co-starting mechanism to ensure that the six-meter profile rises and falls at the same time and at the same position, and improves the stability, reliability and efficiency of the whole machine.

5. Innovative automatic knife letting technology solves the pain points of reduced cutting roughness, burrs, large cutting size and cutting angle tolerances, and short saw blade life.

6. Aluminum CNC cutting center has a barcode printer to realize the identification of process information and facilitate the management of materials.

7. Equipped with a waste collection device, which can transport waste to the trash can, effectively preventing the accumulation of waste and site pollution, and improving the production environment.
