MAIN FEATURES
• The Aluminum Window CNC Machining Center consists of an automatic loading section, a processing section, and a unloading section. It can complete the sawing, milling, drilling, and laser marking of aluminum window frames and sashes at one time.
• The loading section adopts cyclic loading, and the servo-controlled manipulator can set the clamping position according to different profiles.
• The processing section adopts three-zone simultaneous processing technology, and sawing, milling, and post-angle code drilling work simultaneously, which is more efficient.
• The method of sawing first and then drilling is adopted to ensure that the position of the angle code hole of each workpiece is the same.
• Milling section: four spindle motors up, down, left, and right and two 45-degree laser marking.
• Sawing section: two 45-degree lower and one horizontal 90-degree, the 90-degree saw blade feed is controlled by a servo motor, and the feeding and retraction speed is fast.
• Angle code hole drilling section: two angle code hole drill bits and two glue injection hole drill bits.
• The unloading section is equipped with a label printer, and the printing positioning is controlled by a servo motor, which is more accurate.
• The level of the unloading table can be customized.
• The control system uses HAN'S system, with 19 servo motors (SZA620 has 16 servo motors)
• Connecting to mainstream ERP software and window optimization software, directly generating processing files by scanning codes or importing files via USB flash drives, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation, avoiding human errors, improving efficiency, and realizing intelligent production and management.
• The output of a single shift reaches 250-300 square meters.
