SZA620 ALUMINUM WINDOW DOOR CUTTING MACHINING CENTER

SZA620 Aluminum Window Door Cutting Machining Center innovatively designed to address the problems of diversified, batch-based, labor-intensive, and low-productivity production of Aluminum doors and windows. From loading, processing, and unloading, the processes of doors and windows ;including drainage holes, air pressure balance holes, keyholes, lock holes, mounting holes, corner connection hole,other special-shaped holes, and 45/90 degree cutting, are all completed at one time. The whole machine is divided into three parts: Cyclic Loading Section, Composite Processing Section, and Automatic Unloading Section.

MAIN FEATURES

Loading manipulator adopts servo drive, which can realize automatic control of the X, Y, and Z axes, and can automatically clamp according to the cross-section of the profile. And high-precision gear rack transmission is adopted to ensure feeding accuracy.

Nine pieces of profiles are placed on the workbench at the same time, the maximum length of the profile is 6.5 meters and is cyclically loaded.

The composite processing section includes a milling unit and a sawing unit. Milling and cutting are carried out simultaneously without interfering with each other, which improves the processing speed.

The milling unit has 4 milling heads for four sides of aluminum profiles, and 2 laser heads for laser marking.

The 3 KW high-speed spindle motor has fast speed and high precision, and can process all holes and slots of UPVC doors and windows.

The sawing unit consists of three fixed spindle motors of left 45 degrees, 90 degrees and right 45 degrees. Compared with the single saw blade swing method, the angle is more accurate and the speed is faster.

The automatic unloading table is equipped with a label printer, which can edit the printed content and QR code independently.

The whole machine adopts the famous HAN'S control system and INOVANCE bus servo control unit, 16 servo motors, 7 spindle milling cutters, and 3 saw blades. It adopts CNA communication, frequency converter, driver and PLC program control, and the data transmission is stable and fast.

The machine system can be connected with mainstream ERP optimization software and door and window software, import files through the network or USB, read processing data, automatically generate processing programs, and realize digital production.

Equipped with high-resolution camera and LCD display, real-time and intuitive viewing of sawing working status; remote control function, Chinese end personnel can remotely control the machine and troubleshoot faults in time.
